Conflict cases in community pharmacies

The article discusses the results of a survey of specialists with higher and secondary pharmaceutical education (respectively: pharmacists and pharmacy technicians) working in community pharmacies, regarding the conflicts’ arising during the provision of pharmaceutical services to the population. Also there are presented the results of the analysis of complaints and proposals submitted to the Medicines Agency and Healthcare products of the Republic of Moldova for 2009-2013 years.
