Methodical principles of pharmaceutical provision of the prevention and treatment of nervous-mental disorders in conditions of an emergency situation of radiation origin

Aim. To develop a methodological approach and a conceptual model for organizing pharmaceutical provision for the prevention and treatment of disorders of the psyche and behavior in conditions of an emergency situation of radiation origin.
Materials and methods. Methods of observation and generalization, synthesis and formalization, content analysis were used in the research process. The subject of the study were clinical protocols and schemes for the prevention and treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders, regulatory documents relating to the medical and social principles of public administration of pharmaceutical supply to the population.
Results. Based on the analysis of the current state of radiation protection of the population and the studies conducted the necessity to create reserves of medicines to provide medical care to the affected population with mental illness and behavior in case of the military situation and elimination of the consequences of emergency situations of radiation origin has been substantiated. The methodical approach to the organization of pharmaceutical provision for the prevention and treatment of mental and behavioral disorders in conditions of an emergency situation of radiation origin has been developed. The conceptual model for organizing pharmaceutical supply of the population with mental and behavioral disorders in conditions of an emergency situation of radiation origin has been offered.
Conclusions. The conceptual model for organizing pharmaceutical provision of the population with mental disorders and behavior in conditions of an emergency situation of radiation origin can be used to improve the existing system of pharmaceutical provision of the population in conditions of elimination of the consequences of natural, man-made and military emergencies in order to prevent the development of mental illness and behavior disorders in victims preserving their efficiency and social adaptability.References
